Downloaded gif but it doesnt play

Reddit likes gfycat. I click on a gfycat post. The player loads, but the gif won't play. I can view as a gif but it's too slow. This is frustrating for me, as I see a lot of gfycat posts. Please fix. When I click the play button, the button remains and the gif won't play. here's one that doesn't play.
